Cameron Alexander is a photographer and writer now based in Scotland. His work spans editorial commissions and independent documentary projects, with a focus on landscape, place and ecology.
After a decade working in London, his photographs have appeared in publications including Dazed, PhotoWorks and The Guardian, and he has worked with clients including Sony, Nike and Universal. Now based in Scotland, his practice is increasingly shaped by the landscape and the relationships between people, place and the environments they inhabit. Alexander also writes Unfamiliar Comforts, a journal exploring life, photography and the way we see. He is also founding editor of the journal Pictures for the End of The World, which asks photographers and the art world about the pictures they would choose to spend one last time with before the world ends.
